It really does feel like the game is over. Not only is the struggle there of having products that can’t compete with someone with a very solid base, but I also don’t have enough money to do anything. So all I have been doing is attempting to stay alive by buying tech to survive.
Lessons learned to avoid having to be the one buying tech to survive always:
1. Narrow down and go slow
Having 5+ products that don’t do much in the market won’t help anyone. I am just digging a bigger hole as I am unable to sell them incurring losses in the entire supply chain.
2. Have a side hustle
It does seem like it would really be beneficial to expand in an area that brings income to achieve the goal set out here as just competing in this industry seems like an impossible dream
3. Pause and play
Keeping the game going while playing makes it very hard. Always hit the ‘0’ button, plan, strategize and take action.
